Via Announced The VT6047 Pico-ITX mainboard

Via has announced it’s first Pico-ITX mainboard, being 10×7.2 centimeter in size. The VT6047 x86 mainboard is about 75% smaller than the Mini-ITX mainboards and is designed for new compact PCs and to run with Via’s CPUs, C7 and Eden. This mainboard features Ethernet, four USB 2.0 ports, supports SATA and has a memory card reader, relying on VX700 chipset. To see how big it is, it’s especially designed for palm PCs and it’s priced betwrrn $300 to $500, becoming available at an unknown date.
