Upgrading to Leopard or not ?
The Mac OS Leopard has made a lot of fuss lately and i’m sure a lot of you - mac users are thinking if it’s worth to upgrade or not. So here you have some reasons not to upgrade, if you are in the following situations:The Leopard upgrade doesn’t work with a lot of customization tools, like the Application Enhancer ( APE ).
Third party developers didn’t have time to update their software, so there may be issues with some of your applications, like Adobe. Unfortunately, Apple was in a rush so if you really need to use all your old software and also try Leopard, use both Tiger and Leopard in dual boot.
Unfortunately, the connectivity with Windows is not very good, so if you have windows networking, you should better stay with Tiger.
Think better before upgrading and if you really aren’t in any of this situation, then there should be ok with upgrading, but you never know.
