The Classiest Gas Burner Stove
The Izona CookSurface from Fisher and Paykel brings new standards of technology to the gas burner stoves. Its design reminds of a ceramic electric hob, and it has 3 lined up gas burners instead of 4, so you won’t get burned trying to reach the back ones. It has a frameless 36 x 16 inch ceramic black glass support and all 3 burners and pan supports are retractable. This way, when you’re done cooking, you can clean it easily by turning it to a flat surface.
The CookSurface ensures heat is evenly distributed to your food even at its highest setting by using the ‘Aero’ technology. Each burner has a LED that allows you to perfectly control the temperature, as it can melt chocolate at the lowest setting without requiring ‘water baths’, which is a pretty rare thing at an ordinary stove.
The Izona Cooksurface is still at the stage of a project, but it has already been tipped for the Australian International Design Awards.
