It’s official: the Palm Pre, released Saturday has broken the sales record of all Sprint’s other cell phones. The Palm Pre has said to have sold the outrageous amount of “somewhere between 50,000 and 100,000″ units within the first two days of it’s release.

The New York Times has just announced that the Palm Pre is coming soon. Soon as in the beginning of next month. Announced at CES 2009, the Palm Pre had already been set to launch in June. We now know that it will be up for sale at some point within the 5th or 7th.
