Toshiba Develops ApriPoko - The Remote Control MiniRobot

Toshiba introduced to the world a robot that is without any doubt the most interesting so far. What makes it so interesting is the fact that he can talk, learn to work the remote control and it looks very cool. The researchers of the Japanese company called it ApriPoko and it will be operated by voice-command. The robot will measure 11-inch tall and it will weigh 5 pounds.
ApriPoko uses an infrared device which senses infrared signal and asks “What did you just do?” and after you will answer something like …

Flying Mini-Robot Based On Solar Cells

A cool mini-robot designed and built by James Watt, but the best thing about this robotic insect is the fact that it flaps his wings with power coming from the sun. The dragonfly includes several solar cells and some electronic circuits. Interesting looking concept but this is not the only one from James. Can’t wait to see what are his future projects!
