Speaker design has always been a headache for most people that wanted to decorate their rooms nicely. Paul Scarfe noticed that and he started to develop a cool-looking speaker. He drew a cone-shaped concept speaker called Aura and he provided it with hi-tech bass and treble amplifiers. The designer combined metal, plastic and wood in order to make Aura produce the best sound using resonance. Check out the gallery below and I’m sure that you will love this cool speaker.

The New York Exit Art Gallery hosted some cool artistic objects. The one that caught the eye of the public was a machine that was powered by houseflies. The flies are housed inside a plastic sphere and they are treated really well - they can play all day and they have food, water and light.

Pantech seems to have the key for drawing more and more attention. Recently, the cell phone manufacturer asked some students from various universities in Korea to conceive innovative phone designs for the year of 2010. The designers came up with some pretty phones and the ones that were victorious are the Wavy Stream, Waterfall Fish, Simplice Section, Cell Dot and Lily Tower. Now we are expecting some information from Pantech whether they will start produce them or not.

Surfing through the internet I found a really interesting design for a car. Well, like its designer named Florian Dobe says that it’s a true sports car which looks and drives like a go-cart. The project should be finished by 2012 and most likely it will be a two-seater. The go-cart concept will feature 10-inch rims and will have an one-piece or seamless body acting like a sculpture. A designer named Kyle Cherry has developed the laptop of the 21st century. The futuristic concept is called Canvas and is supposed to provide a better quality for the designer and also it’s said that it will raise the productive rate of the artist. A Korean company called Heerim Architects has develop two projects consisting of skyscrapers of the future. Their projects are Full Moon Bay and Caspian Plus, and are going to be built in Baku, Azerbaijan. The inspiration came from the moon and the Koreans came up with an extraordinary design for the future hotels.
The Full Moon Hotel has a shape like a disc and it will be covered in hexagonal honeycombs, and it will feature a hole situated close to the top. The architects specified that the design could be changed …
