After it’s release on camcorders in the US, Panasonic has released another two. The HDC-SD3 and HDC-DX3 are recording in 1,920×1,080 resolution ( a full 1080p ) and are 100% H.264 capable, bringing an excellent image quality. The Panasonic DC3 records on 8cm DVDs and the Panasonic SD3 on 4GB SDHC memory cards. The SD3 will be priced at $1,269 and the DX3 at $1,185 and should be available in the US on the end of May and in Japan a month earlier ( April 25th ).
