iPhone unlocking dispute continues

27 August 2007 One Comment

unlocked iPhone

There are a few organizations that state to have managed to unlock the iPhones. One of them is Unique Phones and they were preparing to release their software two days ago. Unfortunately for them, AT&T obliged them not to do it through legal ways.

Currently, we don’t even know if their software was working, but probably they tested it if they were ready to release it. It’s a bit unfair that AT&T doesn’t let people to unlock their iPhones and use them with any carrier they want, as long as they paid for it and are paying the monthly fee. They should convince the users to use their services with quality, not obliging those that love iPhones. We shall see what comes next.
