Intel announced its new SSD chips, the Intel Z-P140 PATA, which seem to be tiny, you can see it yourself. The performance of Z-P140 PATA chips is also very good, having a capacity of 2GB and 4GB. The chips capacity could also be extended at a maximum of 16Gb. Intel didn’t announce the release date, but we can’t wait to see how the new phones and other devices will look when they’ll use one of this SSD chips.
