Intel 2go PC

The rumors that Intel is going to release a low-end laptop got true and the 2go PC is going to be aimed at the educational market. The 2go sports an Intel Celeron M Processor, a 915GMS graphics chipset, 512MB of RAM with the option to upgrade to 1GB, 40GB HDD, 800×480 9-inch LCD, 802.11b/g WiFi, SD / MMC memory card reader and full option of jacks and ports.

It will come with Windows XP preinstalled, but also Linux is an option and it’s battery lifetime will be of around 3 hours. The laptop will probably get available in two months or less, for the approximated price of $400, being manufactured by CTL.
