HP has recently announced the release of three new desktop PC series, the Pavilion Slimline s3000, a6000 and m8000. The first one starts with PCs from $500, which sport and AMD CPU and 1GB of RAM, also you can choose an Intel CPU, but you have to add an extra $50. The PC can be configured with some low-end graphic cards, TV tuner and Pocket Media Drive.

The a6000 series start even cheaper, at $330, with an Intel CPU,a Pocket Media Drive, onboard graphics card and only 512MB of RAM, while the m8000 have good features and spicy price, starting at $950. They feature HD DVD drive, dual core AMD or Intel processors. All desktop PCs come with Windows Vista preloaded, being already available.
