Executives Not Using Their Own Mobile Services
Many studies have been done in the past pointing out that some top personalities that work for different mobile phone carriers or companies linked with cell phones do not really use the products they are selling. A recent study even pointed out the fact that more than half of the individuals surveyed are in the category mentioned above. There is no surprise in that but it is the first time that I personally saw some stats. In most cases this is a question of offers available. Mobile phone companies and carriers offer different usable “mobile content” to the individuals they are hiring but this does not mean that they have to use it in their personal lives. It is not a question of whether or not mobile executives do not trust the brands they are representing and in the salesmen world you will clearly see that there is one thing in not using products sold and another to not know details about what you are selling. Also, why not use the iPhone if you are working for T-Mobile if it fits your needs better? This was just an example but the list can go on.
