The Canon PowerShot A460 has a 4x zoom lens, but takes quite noisy images and it only records videos at 10fps in VGA mode and at 30fps in QVGA, at 320×240 resolution. This budget camera is quite expensive for it’s features and it’s image quality. It has a 5 megapixel sensor, being a low-end digital digital camera.
It’s design looks like a brick and it’s quite bulky, weighting 7.4 ounces and being 1.6″ thick. You can’t really fill it in your pocket. The buttons are wrongly placed and you can easily …

The Sony VAIO UX390, as every laptop, UMPC or gadget, has it’s good parts and bad parts. It has a long battery life, a SSD ( solid state drive ) , but it’s keyboard is hard to use, nontactile and it’s too expensive for it’s performances. Anyway, those kind of devices aren’t very practical yet, even if they have the same features and softwares as the normal-size PCs, they have too small display and keyboard. It measures 5.9×3.7×1.5 inches and has a 4.5″ display, when opened having 5.25″ deep. The UMPC …

The LG VX3450 has a so-said good looking curvy design, but I’d rather say it’s extremely ugly. Also, it doesn’t have much customization options or features, being a basic phone. But at least it does what it’s supposed to do, make and receive phone calls, having an excellent call sound quality.Nowadays, basic phones like this one are rarely met, so it may have success for simple phone users that aren’t looking further to listen to music, surf the internet, chat or do other advanced things with it.
It’s price, size and …

The Gateway FX530XT is a wannabe high-end gaming desktop PC, with dated components. The PC is priced at $3,660 and comes with Windows Vista Home Premium preinstalled. This and the high memory of 4GB makes it look like a good deal, but the graphics card is a big lack and the 3D tests prove it.
It comes with a overclocked quad core CPU, at 3.2Ghz, an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700 and 4GB of 667Mhz DDR2 RAM memory. It uses the Intel 975X chipset and supports dual graphic cards using the …

The big problem with the way digital cameras are developing is that the upgrades are all flash and no substance. What good is it to have the camera filled with gimmicks when the picture quality is bad, one could ask himself. The PowerShot SD600 goes easy on the features and focuses on the basics.
The controls are on the back of the camera, next to the LCD and you get to control camera functions with a basic four-way-plus-OK switch, with instant access to ISO, flash, macro, burst, and shutter settings. There …

It is not the newest the newest thing around, but it has some features which make it still be a good choice for some. It is for the budget-minded, but it also has good quality.
It has eight tanks which are represented by cyan, magenta, yellow, red, and blue, plus a choice of photo black or matte black. The design is nice, makes it easy to use; it has roll-paper capability, which permits prints as large as 13×44 inches. With black-and-white output and gray it does ok, not very good. The writing …

The XPS M1710 is very good for gamers, but not just for them. It has some good features which are not present in too many other laptops.
It measures 15.5 inches wide, 11.3 inches deep, and 1.6 inches thick and it weighs 8.1 pounds. It’s not small, but the 17-inch LCD wide-screen display makes up for that. It has a 1,900×1,200 native resolution. The design is not too much, it’s classy with silver-and-white, it looks modern, but the keyboard is small; it delivers crisp and rich sound, with the internal subwoofer and …

The time when you get a bit tired viewing photos and listening songs and you could want to play that media or what you want on your home stereo or television. This could just be the solution.
It measures 1.0 by 5.8 by 3.8 inches and it looks nice, in black and silver box with a docking port and a remote control with a built-in stand which also looks pretty good. The downside is that remote communicates by infrared. But it’s easy to use, set up, dock your iPod and change your …

It may not be bringing anything revolutionat, it does have some interesting and useful features added. It has stereo Bluetooth, an Opera Web browser, and improved call quality and it represents a step forward in the Razr family.
It measures 4.05 inches long by 2.08 inches thick by 0.6 inch thick and it weighs 3.8 ounces. The display is just a bit small, at 96 x 80 pixels but it has a 64,000 colour resolution, which makes up for that and should be ok. The left spine is home for the front …
