Hacha PC20 PMP and PA20 Characteristics

Hacha’s ultrathin PC20 PMP and the related PA20 models have long been awaited and users want to know the characteristics of the 2 portable media players. The PC20 is just two inches thick and features a 3 inch QVGA screen. It can be purchased in versions of 1 GB, 4 GB and 8 GB and supports several types of video and audio formats that include MP3, WMA, XVID, AVI and FLV. Aigo F965R 2GB PMP

Aigo has released a nice looking PMP, with a 2GB internal memory, expandable via the SD / MMC memory card slot and a 600Mhz processor. The F965R sports a 2.8-inches display, a Class-D digital amplifier, it supports many file formats, like JPEG, GIF, MP3, BMP, MP5, WMA, FLAC and APE.
Currently, we don’t know when it will be released world wide, currently only being available in China, for $132.

MediaMate 7040

My first impression of the Blue Raven MediaMate was made by the size of the device.It’s 8 inches wide, 4.5 inches tall and 1 inch deep and the screen diagonal is 7 inches.For me this is huge, and it wieghs 1.5 pounds.But besides this, it’s a decent road trip PMP and you can get it for the price of $379(along with 40GB space) or $429(with 80GB space).The Blue Raven company was known before for its affordable iPod and PSP accessories and for the laptop and iPod battery replacements.

Meizu’s M6se PMP info update

I have good news for the Meizu Player fans.Here are some more information about the second version of the device.
The Meizu Mini Player M6 Second Edition is an improved version of the M6.It features  support for MPEG4, MPEG2, WMV9, H263/264, RM(VB) videos in 720×480 pixel resolution (30 FPS) and additional TV Out.It also has a 7mm thin body.

Toshiba Gigabeat V801 40GB and 80GB to Come

Toshiba has announced the release of V801 portable media center ( PMC ), that will sport a 40GB or 80GB of internal memory, the first one being priced at $409, while the 80GB one at $491. The PMC features a 1Seg tuner and EPG, to watch TV on the 24bit, 4 inches, 380×272 pixels resolution display, that adjusts itself providing lightning conditions.

1 Million Zunes Sold

Robbie Bach, the president of Microsoft’s Entertainment and Devices Division, has announced at San Francisco Chronicle that Microsoft has sold 1 million Zune Players. Their expectations were better, but still it is a good start. To compare with it’s biggest competitor, Apple has sold 100 million iPod Players since launched.

Thin Meizu M6se Player Announced

 Another great device has been released by Meizu, with a nice looking design, thin and a lot of features, for a low price. The M6se is just 0.28″ ( 7mm ) thin and sports a 8GB flash memory, along with an FM tuner. It can play WAV, OGG, MP3 and AVI on it’s 2.4″ QVGA display, that’s much bigger than its competitor’s, that usually cost more.

Panasonic Strada CN-NVD905U Released

The first Panasonic navigation system for the US has been released. The Strada CN-NVD905U uses NAVTEQ maps, a 7 inches touchscreen and has lots of entertainment features, like iPod video compatibility, a 30GB HDD, MP3 CD and DVD playback, Sirius or XM satellite stations, as the customer chooses. Also, it sports Bluetooth, Sirius Traffic and it costs $1,800.

Iriver B20 DMV Television

iRiver has recently announced a new mini DMB television, the B20 and it sports a 4GB flash memory, expandable via the miniSD memory card slot, a 2.4″ 320×240 LCD display, 260k colors.
