[30 Mar 2007 | No Comment | ]

The Gateway FX530XT is a wannabe high-end gaming desktop PC, with dated components. The PC is priced at $3,660 and comes with Windows Vista Home Premium preinstalled. This and the high memory of 4GB makes it look like a good deal, but the graphics card is a big lack and the 3D tests prove it.

It comes with a overclocked quad core CPU, at 3.2Ghz, an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700 and 4GB of 667Mhz DDR2 RAM memory. It uses the Intel 975X chipset and supports dual graphic cards using the …

Dell Dimension E521 Reviews
[5 Mar 2007 | No Comment | ]

The Dell Dimension E521 uses quite old hardware and is a very configurable PC, priced at $1,029. This Dell PC can be Vista ready if you know how to configure it, by choosing the best components and not mostly the most expensive. This PC isn’t a high-end one and it’s not designed for gamers and latest games or for advanced design, but for common users. And that’s because the best option for graphic cards is the ATI Radeon X1300 Pro 3D card, which has 256MB of RAM, but also uses …
