Gearing Up The Television With TV Armour

Part of home sweet home’s “sweet” characteristics are kids having a blast playing, throwing toys and things in different directions, or running around the house endlessly chasing one another. These are joyous moments, undoubtedly. But more often than not, these very same occasions take their toll on helpless household appliance and equipment. Like the HD TV.
The good news is: we can now say goodbye to the scary thoughts of sticky fingers, scratches and splashes, cracks and other forms of impact damage to our television screens.

Spy Sunglasses With Remote Control

These new sunglasses use a 1.3 megapixel camera along with a rechargeable Li-ion and are perfect for taking pictures of someone without them knowing. The camera is controlled through a small remote control that also enables you to listen to MP3s, so you’ll be entertained while in a surveillance mission :)
The camera captures still images at a 1280 X 1024 resolution and has a 1GB storage space. They include USB 2.0 connectivity and a pair of earbuds for the entertaining part. Because of the pretty noticeable modules flanking the sides, I don’t know would take someone before blowing your cover, but you’d better be quick.
The Swimsuit That Breaks Records

The Speedo swimsuit is creating serious waves all over the world after eight more records were broken in the past month by athletes using the ‘magic’ swimsuit. When it was used for the first time in competitions from Australia and Missouri, 2 American records and 3 world records fell.
The Speedo representatives were summoned by the International Swimming Federation to explain how the suit manages to give such an advantage to the swimmers that wear it. They were first suspected of cheating, but none of them turned positive on the doping tests, so the suit was found responsible for their performances.
Speedo defend themselves saying that although the suit gives the athletes an advantage, that is the nature of sports. They gave examples from athletics, as the snickers runners wear or the composition of running tracks. They also state that everyone has access to the suit, so the best swimmer should still win the race.
After the Swimming Federation will hear the officials out, I wonder what their decision would be? If they decide the suit is fine, then all the swimmers will have to buy it to match their opponents. If they say that it’s not good for the racers, then what would be the consequences? Will all the awards won with the swimsuit be withdrawn? We are looking forward to updates on the subject.

Also, you can get some ultra-thin flow aerators as an extra feature. All of this unique collection will be available next month in Milan.

The Luna Watch
The Luna Watch is designed by John Pszeniczny and surely seems glorious. Its wristband looks like it is made of a brown sparkling glass and has a floating numerical display inside. The watch was inspired by Swarovski’s expertise in crystal and it is made of stainless steel, crystal and a Spessartite Garnet.
To show the time, you’ll have to touch the two contact points and numbers will appear from nowhere. Its elegance comes from the simplicity of the whole concept, and it is meant to be a fashion watch.

Tritium Keychain Lights Over and Over
Tritium, a radioactive isotope of hydrogen, containing one proton and two neutrons, can cause phosphors to produce light, without consuming any other extern source of energy for years. Already used in watches, exit signs and self-illuminating gun sights for fire arms, it could be found even in keychain glow rings at DealExtreme.
Based on this phenomenon, this tritium keychain will glow for 10 years for only $1/year, without worrying about replacing batteries and even if it doesn’t glow as much as a common LED, this makes this cool gadget even greener than others. When you hear “tritium” you might think about nuclear radioactivity, but you don’t need to worry about any radioactive inconvenience, because the radiation is too low to cause any harm.

iTam Tam As An iPhone Dock

The iTam Tam is a support for your iPod or iPhone that looks like a stool. But, if you look more carefully, you can see that it has a fiber circle on its top, and it serves as a tam tam, a type of gong from Asia.
It has two channels, each of 25 watts and it can be delivered in either black or white color. It surely is an interesting concept, but I can’t see much of its usability. For $570, I don’t think you’ll buy it just as a toy for your kid, so I can’t imagine what sort of customers this dock is addressed to.
Pixel Filled Hour Glass

One of the oldest devices used for time measuring is set to be replaced by modern technology. Designer Pavel Balykin implemented pixels in an hour glass, instead of sand. How did he do that? By creating a watch that has as a screen saver a pixel hour glass. It’s as simple as that!
It is called the Sand+Time Watch and it uses a motion sensor close to the one from Apple iPhone. The screen saver does not actually count time, the actual time being shown when you press a side button to stop the screen saver.
Super Slim USB Mouse With Just One Button

The Super Slim 3D USB Optical Mouse (800DPI) is now available at DealExtreme for only $11.32 . Its design is simplicity in its finest form, with just one button and a scroll wheel, and it is colored in red and black.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see it becoming very popular, as technology seems to be oriented more and more in simplifying things and making them more accessible to people. I can’t imagine how could a mouse be simpler than this one.
LadyBag That Tells You If You Got Everything

The bag uses RFID technology to ensure that when you leave the house you didn`t forgot items like your wallet, keys or cell phone. The group of students behind this concept, at Simon Fraser University, Canada, also instated the LadyBag with a set of exterior LEDs, that can light up to form smiley faces or the form of the objects that are missing from the purse.
To let the bag know what item you want to be tracked, it needs a RFID tag insert or attach to it. RFID tags are very common today, you can find them on almost all items from shops. If you forget to pay for something they trigger an alarm when you attempt to leave the shop. At LadyBag, it triggers the LEDs instead, and uses different signals to select different items.
