Buffalo released the new series of SHD-UHRS. Although until now all flash drives were not bigger than 64GB, this USB 2.0 external drive has a capacity of 100GB thanks to two types of flash memory which are using “hybrid configuration”. This results in an increase of the speed of the USB 2.0 silicon disk. Buffalo will sell the 100GB USB drive for $952, the 64GB for $665 and the 32GB model for $312.
