A new classic monitor has been announced by BenQ. The FP93GP has a standard 4:3 aspect ratio, while all the other monitors recently released are widescreen. It has a 1,200:1 contrast ratio, a 1,280×1,024 resolution 300cd/m2 brightness and a 8ms response time. It can be connected both via the VGA and DVI inputs and has a 178 degree viewing angle. The BenQ FP93GP will be priced at $358, extremely expensive for a classic 19 inches display nowadays.
