Apple MacBook (Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz)

20 March 2007 No Comment

Starting at $1099, the bright white or sleek black MacBook supports up to 2GB of memory and up to 200GB of hard drive. Its graphics is powered by Intel GMA 950 card with 64MB of shared memory and Mini-DVI port, which enables DVI, VGA and S-Video output using separately sold adapters. There are various optical drive options when purchasing these MacBooks.

MacBook keeps you untethered courtesy of built-in Bluetooth and AirPort Extreme (802.11g). A 6x double-layer-burning SuperDrive — standard equipment on the 2.0GHz models — not only lets you burn DVDs faster but lets you burn capacious double-layer media. And those 2.0GHz models pack 4MB of shared L2 cache, which helps deliver a 6x leap in performance over the iBook or PowerBook before them.

MacBook makes it easy to hit the road thanks to its tough polycarbonate case, built-in wireless technologies, and innovative MagSafe Power Adapter that releases harmlessly if someone accidentally trips on it.

This is a machine for someone that is into Apple products and knows what they want it for, it’s an ideal multimedia notebook. If I had the need for a laptop, I would keep this one. It also comes with a remote control for watching DVD’s or listening to music.

Powered by the latest generation of Intel processors, every new MacBook is even faster than the previous generation.
Apple MacBooks are ideal for student or home users looking for a stylish, fast and secure notebook.
