A new Glofiish announced by E-Ten : the M800. This pocket pc features a QWERTY keyboard, a 480 x 640 2.8 inch touchscreen, a 500MHz Samsung S3C2442 CPU, quad-band GSM / GPRS / EDGE, tri-band UMTS / HSDPA data, 2MP camera, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, WiFi b/g and SiRF Star III GPS. The M800 uses Windows Mobile 6 Professional. It’s listed on Expansys for $750 unlocked but they haven’t mentioned the release date neither the price.

AMD made available the ATI Radeon HD 3800 series GPUs earlier than announce. Those are the first to support DirectX 10.1, triple and quad multi-GPU support with ATI CrossFireX and 55nm process tehnology. Starting today you can buy the Radeon HD 3850 with 256MB of GDDR3 memory for $179 and the Radeon HD 3870 with 512MB of GDDR4 memory for $219.

The phone has a lot in common with the recently announced Nokia N81, but the N82 has something specific: a 5MP Carl Zeiss lens that has a naturally autofocus and a xenon flash. A new LED backlit LCD TV is being prepared by LG, the 47LG75. As LG got us used with, the TV has a lovely design, but unfortunately they haven’t released too many specifications, so we have to wait. We only know it’s a 47 incher with 1080p support and has hidden speakers and it’s expected to feature a high contrast ratio, color optimizing technology and automatic brightness. Also, the price hasn’t been yet disclosed, but we should find out more later.

Nokia is preparing to release two new mobile phones: the 8800 Arte and Sapphire Arte.The first one will be released in the fourth quarter of 2007 and it will cost €1,000 without taxes and the second will be released in the first quarter of 2008 and it will be priced at €1,150 without taxes. Envision has made another announcement yesterday, with the G416 LCD monitor. Itfeatures a resolution of 1,920×1,200 pixels, 5ms response time, DVI/VGA ports, a contrast ratio of 3,000:1, 160 degree viewing angles and 400cd/m2 brightness. Even if it’s not the highest end, the price is not quite high for a 24-incher with it’s features.

Hiro, from the drama series Heroes has been chosen as global ambassador for the OLPC ( One Laptop per Child ) project.Masi Oka, the actor behind Hiro has been nominated for Emmy and Golden Globe and is the star of NBC.
